2022 DULCIMER JAMBOREE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Format

<<<<<<To register, click on the "REGISTER" icon to the left.

All workshop registrations are processed through our online portal with Ticketleap. This will allow us track registration information, keep accurate student counts, process refunds, and check in students with much more efficiency than in years past. You will need a credit card and a valid email address to register.

When registering for yourself, someone else or for multiple students, be sure to answer the questions prompted during the online registration and include the actual names of the student(s) as they will appear on the name badges. This will better ensure we have proper name badges and registration packets.

No registrations will be taken over the phone or by mail.

If you have specific questions about the workshop, class offerings or need to cancel an online registration, you can reach our Music Director, Daren Dortin at 870-269-3853 or by email, [email protected]

Workshop Format

By selecting your level and answering the registration questions, we will be better able to schedule classroom assignments. Note that you will be able to move from different levels and take classes from different instructors, as you like. Your level selection when registering online does not lock you into a specific class for the duration of the workshop.

Pricing

Registration for the 3 event is $158.50. Your registration includes 3 days of workshop classes (Thursday through Saturday) admission to the evening concerts on Friday and Saturday and admission all other park events that weekend, including the Craft Village.

Single Day and Walk-Up Registration

Registration for single day classes and walk-up students will be processed at the front desk in the Administration building once the workshop has started. Single day classes are $75.00. Walk-up registration for the 3-day workshop is $175.00.

3-Day Non-Participant Pass (A Savings of $50.00)

This discounted pass for $30.00 is available for spouses, friends and family members of workshop attendees who want to take advantage of all the Ozark Folk Center State Park has to offer and are not attending the workshops. This pass allows admission-- for one person-- to the both the Craft village on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and all nightly music shows on Friday and Saturday during the 2022 Dulcimer Jamboree.

On-Site Lodging

On-site lodging at the Cabins at Dry Creek is expected to fill up quickly for this workshop weekend. If you wish to stay at the Ozark Folk Center State Park, please make your reservations as soon as possible.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Registration fees are refundable for this workshop until the close of business on April 27, 2022. Accounting and fiscal management with the online registration format means refunds cannot be issued after the 27th of April.

In the event you are unable to attend after the refund deadline has passed, you will be offered the opportunity to “roll over” the registration fee for next year’s workshop or other OFCSP workshops, for up to one calendar year.

For refunds, call OFC Music Director Daren Dortin at 870-269-3853 or by email at [email protected]. Office hours for the Music Director are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (through mid-April) and Wednesday-Saturday 10 a.m.-9 p.m. (mid-April through mid-November).
