The Ozark Folk Center is located one mile from downtown Mountain View, Arkansas and five miles from the scenic White River. The world famous Blanchard Springs Caverns is located 10 miles north of the Center in the Ozark St. Francis National Forest. Camping, siteseeing, hiking, floating and swimming are popular activities in the National Forest, as well at the Buffalo National River, which is about an hour west of Mountain View.
