Learn to make special cheeses for the holiday season. Homemade cheese makes a unique gift that can be enjoyed by friends and family who don't eat sweets.
In this class you'll learn quick and basic cheesemaking, as it is done in a modern farm kitchen. You'll use store bought cow's milk in these cheeses. You'll learn to make fresh and unique holiday cheeses. We'll work with vinegar, cheese cultures, and rennet. You'll get handouts and links so you can build on the skills you learn to develop your own cheese recipes.
Class size is limited. Pre-registration is required
