Jamie Blakely opened her Rock, Paper, Scissors shop in the Ozark Folk Center Craft Village in 2021, but she is not new to the art of quilling. Her paper crafting began in the 1970's with the fine art of quilling. She has a deep love for this craft and is happy to be sharing it with you.
