In this scented sensory class, you will not only learn about which herbs and essential oils are our favorites for the bath and relaxation, you will get to experience them first hand.
We will use dried herbs to create a floral facial blend—and then each participant will use it for a facial steam followed by relaxation on your yoga mat with a moisturizing face mask.
We will discuss the EOs we use most for the bath and massage and how to formulate a pleasant blend and then each student will create their own herbal bath or massage oil blend as well as a sugar scrub which is wonderful for exfoliation and skin softening.
We will make two more herb and flower blends: a mineral-rich, relaxing tea blend to sip in the tub or before bed and a foot soak blend. We will pair students together and you will take turns soaking and sipping finished with a foot rub. Come indulge yourself for an aromatic pamper party. Space is limited.
You will need to bring the following items to attend this class: yoga mat, bath towel, basin or large bowl for facial steam and foot soak, and a headband to keep your hair back from your face.
